Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a professional person to add to our team. We are a busy fee for service practice (Not in network with any insurance companies) and provide excellent service to our patients. Qualities we are looking for are:

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Maintaining schedule for the entire office
- Providing a professional and courteous atmosphere for patients
- Ensuring good communication with patients and answering questions
- Work with other team members closely and efficiently
- Work with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Managing appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Processing payments and handling accounts receivable
- Managing insurance claims

Requirements for position:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to complete tasks with high degree of accuracy in a timely fashion
- Experience in Receptionist/Front desk position
- Experience working with computers
- Dental experience preferred

Our office is open Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 5:00 and closed on Fridays. We take lunch from 12:00 to 1:00.

This is a full-time position and compensation depends on experience and knowledge you bring to the office.
