Responsibilities:
- Dental receptionist experience is required, dental insurance billing and claims
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues and arranging catering
- File and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of written materials
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, and email communication
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of Dental Receptionist duties is a MUST
