Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator

Needed for a busy oral surgery practice with 2 state of the art locations in Bowie and Upper Marlboro! Professional, well-groomed results-driven candidate!
Job requirements:
Must have 1-year minimum experience in the dental office and dental billing/ treatment planning
◦ answering multiple phone lines
◦ scheduling appointments per office protocol for production.
◦ Verifying insurance and scanning to chart
◦ Presenting and securing large-dollar treatment plans
◦ Assisting patients with securing finance using third-party companies
◦ Processing claims daily using CDT codes
◦ posting checks/ sending and scheduling pre-auths/disputing insurance claims
◦ Daily Batch Out
◦ running all operation reports, month-end closeouts.
◦ Marketing practice to the public, referring doctors, and all social media platforms,
◦ Dental and medical coding knowledge required. Windows software. Professional, detailed oriented, critical thinkers/ solution driven. well-groomed individual.
