Dental Receptionist - Immediate Hiring

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental or medical office setting and possess strong administrative skills. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Softdent or similar software
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, referrals, or outstanding balances
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is required
- Proficiency in using dental software
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of medical scheduling, record keeping, and insurance processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
