SalaryOur office is expanding and we are looking for a hardworking, ready to learn receptionist for our beautifully restored and modernized office in Schoharie, NY.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with dental office administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
Requirements:
-Experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems
-Proficient in using a computer
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred but not required
