Starting salary will be determined based on level of experience and skills: e.g. dental reception experience, dental insurance verification skills, dental treatment coordinating skills
Basic duties include:
- Greeting patients upon arrival with a warm, energetic and welcoming presence. Positivity and an outgoing personality is a MUST as the candidate will be the "face of the office" and first impression.
-Communicate with patients via text/email/phone to schedule appts and confirm appts; Obtain correct and necessary patient information
- Check in patients upon arrival
- Contact existing patients to schedule their appointments
- Basic knowledge of dental procedures preferred
- Uphold highest level of customer service. Be friendly, kind, compassionate, and personable
- Maintaining a clean, organized work space and patient reception area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
