**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently using Open Dental.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance-related questions.
- Maintain and manage patient records accurately.
- Handle billing and payment processing tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Ensure the reception/common areas are tidy and presentable.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working in a dental or medical office setting.
- Proficiency in related field/position.
- Strong knowledge of dental administrative procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Comfortable using various phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
