Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system
-Keep appointment schedule filled
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health record system
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
-Take payments, present treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to patients and address any
concerns
Experience:
-Knowledge of Dentrix, QuickBooks, and dental coding is required
- Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist is needed
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes needed
- Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic health record systems
