Dental Receptionist

Job description

We are looking for a talented individual to run the office efficiently. MUST HAVE 2 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE at min, please do not send your resume if you do not have experience in the dental field. Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities:
-coordinate with dental insurance companies to ensure claims are paid
-respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
-manage patient scheduling and direct patient traffic flow
-organize and present financial arrangements to patients
-arrange payment schedules with patients
-oversee the processing of dental claims, EOB, pre-determinations
-take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required)
