Dental Receptionist

Complete Dental in Huntsville is a locally owned, general dental practice looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator. This position works a 4-day work week with no weekends!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Maintain patient records and update medical history forms
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or hospitals when necessary
- Provide administrative support to dental staff

Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Knowledge of medical records management and confidentiality regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
