Salary**Duties:** - Greet and welcome patients to the dental office in a courteous and professional manner. - Manage front desk tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. - Verify and update patient information in the electronic health records system. - Process insurance claims and coordinate billing activities. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. **Experience:** - Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office systems. - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office setting. - Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft or eClinicalWorks is preferred. - Ability to provide medical administrative support while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
