Dental Receptionist

Private small office with one doctor, seeking a receptionist to join our team. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient service, we would love to hear from you. Join us in creating positive dental experiences for our patients.

We are currently seeking a team member for the following Days & Hours:

*Must be able to work this schedule

Mon. 9 - 6, Tues. 8-3, Thurs. 9- 3, Fri. 9-5 (one Sat. a month 9-2)

***Please Note: Previous dental reception experience required**.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, texts, fax, paper mail

- Schedule and maintain a productive schedule

- Must be comfortable with discussing txt plan and collecting financials as needed

- Must be comfortable with verifying and obtaining insurance information as needed

- Maintain organization and cleanliness of front desk area and waiting room

- Assist other team members as needed (team work is essential to our office environment and success)

Skill:

- Should have knowledge and experience with OpenDental /PracticeWeb or similar dental systems

- Knowledge of general dentistry terminology and procedures

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision

- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve matters calmly and professionally

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ** TBD based upon experience.

Expected hours: 30-35 hrs per week
