Dental Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, energetic dental front desk person to join our amazing team and help us deliver the highest level of care to our patients. We believe in creating a positive experience with outstanding customer care in a fun and caring enviroment.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated to learn, articulate, outgoing, and high energy self-starter with great people skills and drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Collecting payments at time of visit and sending out patient bills
-Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

-Prior administrative experience is preferred - Basic skills: Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Google My Business and Facebook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and dental management computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
