Clinical Services Rep
- Keeps appointment book filled with patients as directed by Screening Doctor.
- Answers phones and schedules new patients for screening appointments.
- Confirms patient's appointments to ensure minimum number of no shows.
- Registers all new patients' biographic and insurance information into system
- Works in the Chart Room filing charts.
- Scans charts in and out of the Chart room.
- Schedules X-ray appointments for screening patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one (1) year of receptionist and clerical experience involving scheduling duties in a dental office required.
- Typing/excellent computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Bilingual preferred
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 5 pounds.
- Busy intake area with loud noise.
M-F, 35 hours per week
