Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information
- Assist patients with changes and cancellations

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Computer literacy
- Office management: Ability to handle administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and scheduling appointments
- Phone systems: Experience with operating multi-line phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient insurance information and transactions

- Open Dental Software (Preferred, not required)

- Verify Insurances

- Spanish Speaker (Required)
