SalaryPearl Dental Care is an established multi-doctor family owned dental practice seeking a hard working and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join the front office team. This individual will set the tone for making patients feel comfortable and valued and will play a significant role in treatment acceptance.
Responsibilities
Review patient treatment plans and make financial arrangements; Oversee patient scheduling and maximize utilization of care providers; Verify insurance coverage; Perform other responsibilities as assigned by practice owners.

- Positive, friendly customer service attitude
- Communicate clearly with patients
- Outstanding ability to multitask
- Willingness to do whatever is required to help the practice run smoothly
- Growth mindset and a desire to seek professional development and continuing education
- Experience with Dentrix and dental practice management is an advantage
