Dental Office Manager

Looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager for our family-owned energetic dental practice!

Must be caring, compassionate and hard-working

Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Dental Office
• Manage employees
• Address any patient concerns
• Schedule patient appointments both new and follow-up
• Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures
• Support and assist the dentist and the dental team to attain smooth work routine
• Hire, supervise and ensure training of newly added team members
• Evaluate employee performance, promotion, termination, and retention protocols
• Perform marketing and public relations
• Oversee payment collections from patients and contact insurance offices for payment settlements
• Check the insurance coverage of a patient, submit claims and follow up with insurance companies when needed
• Treatment Planning

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
