Growing Endodontic private practice in search of a full time Office Manager. Must be an expert in Dental Billing as well as have strong customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including file clerks and administrative assistants
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
-Answer phone calls and schedule patients
-Look up insurance benefits
-Discuss Finances with patients
-Fill in overall where the practice needs you
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
