Role:

As a Dental Implant Sales Consultant, you will be taking inbound SMS and phone calls and calling back qualified leads who requested information about our Dental Implant services. You’ll be inviting them to our clinic for a complimentary consultation.

Responsibilities:

Convert inbound leads into showed appointments which ultimately leads to patients/customers
Meeting with potential patients at Lasting Smiles Dental Implant Center to discuss our Dental Implant solution
Assisting potential patients in the decision making process utilizing the Lasting Smiles consult process
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment
Using a CRM dashboard, maintain records of completed transactions and patients
Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in Lasting Smiles to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment
Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation
Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Preferred):

Prior Dental Implant Sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent sales and negotiation skills (2+ years consultative B2C selling experience preferred but not required)
Strong communication and rapport building skills
Self-motivation, drive and initiative
An outgoing and confident approach
Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
Experience using a contact tracking system, such as a CRM dashboard
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

Compensation & Benefits:

Uncapped earning potential! $50,000- $70,000 base compensation + uncapped commissions! Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
