Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager at Intimate Ideas, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and supporting our eight retail stores. Responsibilities include fulfilling store orders, managing inventory, packing, pricing, delivering and overseeing the customization of apparel using tools like the Cricut Machine.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling store orders by accurately picking and packing products.
• Manage inventory levels and restock stores with listed items.
• Utilize a Dymo Machine for barcode generation and scanning.
• Oversee the packing and pricing of Magazines.
• Unbox, Package and distribute products efficiently.
• Customize different merchandise, using a Cricut Machine.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Retail Operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and Multitasking skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode technology.
• Experience with Cricut or similar apparel customization tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a Reliable Daily Vehicle.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
