Part Time- Friday & Saturday
Responsibilities:- Schedule patient appointments and manage a busy schedule
- Confidently and compassionately answer patients’ questions and concerns
- Assist with answering calls while balancing in-person interactions
- Document and file pertinent information in electronic patient records
- Provide superb customer service while checking patients in and out
- Assist in recruiting new patients
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of Front Office experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
