We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, including customer service, administrative tasks and financial management. The Front Office Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner and providing guidance and support to team members. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills to take on a leadership role in a steadily paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Monitor the accuracy of billing and payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
