```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients or visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns promptly
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Familiarity with computerized medical office systems is a plus
- Experience working as a medical receptionist or in a Dental Office is highly desirable
- Customer support experience is beneficial
