Responsibilities
- Greet patients, Input patient information, Answer and respond to phones/e-mails, Collect co-payments, check patients out.
- Gather and accurately record insurance information from patients, Update insurance information on all patients
- Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment, Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment
- Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time
- Assist patient with financial arrangements.
Qualifications
- Previous dental experience
- Customer service experience
- Self-motivation
- Excellent phone and communication skills

Hours:
M-Th: 8AM -4PM
Fr: 8AM -1PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
