We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk Team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Input patient information and forms in and accurate and time manner.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of medical office or dental receptionist procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is desirable
- Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental administrative support systems is an asset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
