SalaryOur team is seeking to fill our full-time patient care representative position.
Our ideal candidate is experienced with Eaglesoft software, Medicaid billing, and Front Desk operations. This person is detailed orientated, has great oral and written communication skills, a positive, friendly attitude, and has the ability to multitask.
Patient Care Representative Responsibilities:
Review accuracy of current and new patient’s registration information
Obtain and verify patients Medicaid benefits and eligibility
Schedule patients and monitor the appointment schedule
This position is Monday-Friday
Hours 7:20-4:30, generally. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the clinic is closed on Friday afternoons.
