- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments for patients using the medical scheduling system
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments from patients
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with Front Desk duties such as checking in patients, verifying identification, and providing necessary forms
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems, such as Epic, is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors, and medical staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial

Pay: $14.08 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
