Job Description
- Welcoming patients as they come in the office.
- Dental and medical insurance verification.
- Schedule coordination.
- Check-out patients.
- Admitting surgery patients and review consent forms.
- Coordination with dental labs.
- Generate reports and closing day to day operations.
- Strong work ethic to follow-up on patients that did not move forward or no-showed on the first appointment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure word of mouth referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and rapport building skills.
- Self-motivation, drive and initiative.
- An outgoing and confident approach.
- Spanish language is a bonus not a requirement.
- Fluent in English. (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in medical/auto/ Jewelry sales, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
