You are exactly what we want as one of the faces of our BRAND NEW dental office and pillar of strength inside our team! Our state of the art dental office is currently under construction, and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated Dental Front office coordinator who is passionate about helping the community. We will be opening spring of 2024. This is a full time position, Monday through Thursday with growth potential as the practice grows.
Nestled in the newly renovated Talleyrand Office Park on 200 White Plains Road, this beautiful new office is conveniently located near I-287 and just 2 miles from the Tarrytown metro north train station. This office will look, feel, smell and sound like no other, as well as include amenities, comforts, and the best new technology for our team and our patients to help you feel inspired as you go all in, 100% dedicated to the special vision we have for this place as we embark on this extraordinary journey together!
As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care.
Applicants should have significant knowledge of the dental field and dental insurance. We are looking for someone to warmly welcome patients and parents to our practice, excellent communication skills with parents and insurance companies, and be comfortable presenting and discussing treatment plans. In addition, the ideal candidate will be willing to help in ANY area of the practice when necessary, and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. Patients will be scheduled for treatment in the office on select days to start. Prior knowledge of Dexis and Open Dental is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening.
