SalaryPristine Smiles is looking for a full time dental receptionist/Front Desk specialist for our state of the art startup dental practice. We are located in Cherry Hill, NJ. We are not a large corporate or DSO. We are focused on high quality, patient centered dental care. We offer top notch patient comfort features including heated and massaging dental chairs, ceiling mounted TVs, noise canceling headphones and heated towels. We are looking for a dental receptionist who is personable, welcoming and knowledgeable with a focus on patient experience. We offer two late evenings and are open on Saturdays. We would like our dental receptionist to be an integral part of our team and value their contributions to our practice. Dental Receptionist responsibilities include:
- Managing the Front Desk
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking-in patients
- Ensuring completion of all relevant forms including medical history, HIPAA etc.
- Obtaining complete insurance breakdown prior to patient appointments
- Collecting co-pays
- Presenting treatment plans to patients and review finances
- Billing insurance
- Sending out pre-determinations for dental benefits
- Entering insurance payments into practice management software
- Reconciling patient’s accounts/ledgers
- Sending out bills to collect outstanding balances

- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
