Who we are:
We are a well established, single doctor/dentist owned practice located in Florence. We are looking for an additional front office/treatment coordinator to work alongside our current office manager. Hours are M-Th 8am-5pm and every other Friday 8am-5pm. Pay DOE. We provide paid time off, holiday pay, uniforms and dental care for you and your immediate family
Looking for:
We are looking for someone who is patient, has good people/communication skills, is a team player, and loves working with patients to improve their oral health care. Must know dental terminology/treatment and have experience working with Dentrix. Office is an easy drive from Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Coolidge, San Tan Valley and Queen Creek.
Responsibilities:
Duties include answering phones, responding to emails and voice messages, pulling/filing patient charts, confirming appointments, entering and presenting/explaining treatment plans, completing referrals to dental specialists, entering/taking patient payments, and other duties as assigned by the office manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
