Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist/Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, solid work ethics and the ability to multitask in a very friendly environment. We prefer positive attitude, dedication, integrity, honesty, and reliability over experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our office practice management software
- Assist with dental administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with dental clinical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Dental office experience is preferred, not required.
- Dental Assisting training and experience is preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13.5 – 36 per week
