- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our dental office software
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Provide patients with necessary forms and paperwork
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient care
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental procedures
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist/Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental office procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
- Proficient in using dental office software and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

- Rotating weekends
