Your Journey as an OJT Dental Assistant:

• Infection Control Mastery: You’ll master the CDC Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Healthcare Settings. Safety is our priority, and you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining it.
• Radiation Health & Safety: As you progress, you’ll receive specialized training in radiation health and safety. Soon, you’ll confidently handle X-rays and ensure patient well-being.
• Patient Interaction: Interacting with patients is an art. You’ll learn how to put nervous minds at ease, answer questions, and create a positive dental experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during procedures, including chairside support and instrument handling.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Learn and apply infection control protocols following CDC guidelines.
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• No prior formal Dental Assistant training required! We welcome candidates with no dental experience.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
