Your Journey as an OJT Dental Assistant:

- Radiation Health & Safety: As you progress, you’ll receive specialized training in radiation health and safety. Soon, you’ll confidently handle X-rays and ensure patient well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during procedures, including chairside support and instrument handling.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Learn and apply infection control protocols following CDC guidelines.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences.
Qualifications:
- No prior formal Dental Assistant training required! We welcome candidates with no dental experience.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
