Position Overview
This person performs the duties of an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, or Dental Assistant, as well as some limited clerical duties at the site. Priority is given to those duties as approved for the licensure as an EFDA / DA. Employee also provides general duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor(s) or Dentist.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Indiana: 590 Indian Springs Rd. Indiana, PA 15701
The general office hours for this position are Monday-Wednesday 7:45 am – 6:00 pm; Thursday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm ; Closed Friday
NO WEEKENDS
Compensation + $3,000 sign-on bonus
Start between $18-22 PHN will recognize experience, education and location when determining pay.
Also offering RELOCATION bonus. More details can be discussed during interview
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved EFDA / DA program
Valid PA EFDA Licensure
PA Certification in Radiology or willingness to obtain
Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
Must have:
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Technological proficiency
Flexible and Motivated within the workplace.
