Salary- Duties for Chair-side Assistant:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to OSHA protocol
- Take diagnostic digital dental x-rays and use panoramic/ CBCT machine
- Take impressions and use digital scanners
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
-Making temporary crowns
-Organize lab cases
- Order supplies
Duties for Hygiene Assistant:
Prepare treatment rooms for patient treatment and examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to OSHA protocols
- Take diagnostic digital dental x-rays and use panoramic machine
- Assist hygienist during data collection procedures
- Clean dental appliances and retainers
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Seating patients
Appreciated Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Familiarity with Dentrix
- Proficiency in infection control protocols and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to carry oneself with maturity and confidence
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision making skills

Experience is preferred for chairside assistant position . On-site training available for hygiene assistant.
