Job Description
We are looking for an amazing, strategic, data-driven marketer to drive the growth of our client base and adoption of our SaaS product. You will be in charge of creating marketing campaigns to drive and nurture leads in our sales funnel and to increase client retention and adoption of our client base. In addition this role will manage our digital strategy for lead generation including paid ad strategy, partner advertising packages and prospect database enrichment in support of our overall company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Architect segmented marketing campaigns to create strategic alignment across the prospect and client marketing efforts.
- Full strategy oversight and execution of all paid media channels, as well as ongoing optimizations.
- Support other sales and marketing segment leads in creating high performance multi-faceted campaigns to support revenue goals.
- Project manage/coordinate marketing campaigns for both prospect and client marketing activity.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, paid advertising, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Track, measure, and analyze all lead generation initiatives to report on ROI and overall efficiency.
- Lead data enrichment efforts to gather and document additional data points to further refine and segment lead generation efforts.
- Manage the Demand Generation budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective services for marketing campaigns.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in Demand Generation or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Proficiency using paid media software to manage and optimize digital strategy and paid ad spend
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of sales lead cycles and processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Familiarity with social media management
- Natural curiosity to explore cutting edge techniques to maximize lead generation
- A desire to learn and grow in the Demand Generation field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
