High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the workforce. Typing 35 w.p.m.; computer experience required, medical terminology preferred. Computer experience preferred. Excellent customer and communication skills. Must be well organized and possess good time management skills. Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
