Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience
Work Hours: Full Time schedule as defined

Responsibilities and Qualifications
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Facilitates the delivery of the vehicle to the customer, to include any installations of accessories and the entire registrations process. Ensures customer satisfaction by professionally delivering vehicles to customers. Also may assist other departments with delivering paperwork, parts, or materials.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITY
- Picks vehicles up from auction to deliver to dealership.
- Transports cars from home dealership to other dealerships in the group.
- Prepares vehicle for delivery by locating keys, books, and get ready.
- Conduct delivery of new, used and certified pre-owned vehicles.
- Provides Quality Control after each clean for delivery to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in service by deliverying repaired vehicles to the guest.
- Assist in service by picking up vehicles that need basic maintenance and delivering to the service drive.
- Assist with fueling cars for delivery
- Assists departments with courier duties- ex. delivering paperwork for the office.
- Provides guest with a "who to contact" list (i.e. body shop, finance, GM, VOM, etc.)
- Assists in lot management (parking cars, filling holes, securing cars at the end of each day)
SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 months related experience is preferred.
- Excellent driving and parking skills required.
- English language required (bilingual is a plus)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one with supervisor and customer and small group situations with customers.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Valid Driver's License
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly exposed to all weather elements including hand carwash environment.
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug.)
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
