Likewize is searching for a Delivery Project Manager to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading new and existing client implementations in the Americas. You will execute best-in-class client program deliveries, including close collaboration with supporting departments to deliver an exceptional client experience for new and existing programs.

This individual contributor will execute best-in-class client deliveries for go-forward platforms for the following consumer-based lines of business at Brightstar:
- Device Protection, primarily mobile phones, tablets and wearables.
- Extended Warranty for electronics, gadgets and appliances.
- Trade-In for mobile phones, tablets, wearables, electronics and gadgets.
- Affordability for devices, electronics and gadgets, including upgrades for mobile phones.
- Premium Technical Support for devices, electronics and gadgets.
- Repair Services for same unit repair via our WeFix brand.
Under limited supervision, this contributor will manage and be accountable for all aspects of client delivery for their assigned clients/projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute assigned continuous improvement activities that improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce project budget.
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with key client partners.
- Manage KPIs for assigned clients, ensuring performance aligns to and meets/exceeds client expectations, including scope, budget and timeline.
- Manage internal and client project teams through the delivery of new and existing programs, across all key functional areas. Key activities within this function include project planning & management, scope definition & change management, budget management, steering committee preparation & facilitation, risk/issue identification & mitigation/resolution, and project cadence management & communications.
- New & existing client delivery leadership for internal & external teams.
- Execution of the launch-specific controls for delivery.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.
- Bachelor's degree and PMI certification preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Delivery & Program/Project Management in a high-tech electronics, device purchasing, or extended warranty/insurance industry.
- Extensive experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project/SmartSheet (or other project planning software).
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
- Demonstrated experience as follows:
- Recommending policies and procedures.
- Initiating projects.
- Executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Delegating complex tasks.
- Communications internally to a broad audience - Developing skill.
- Advanced and complex technical expertise.
- Big picture mobile phone industry knowledge including industry trends.
- External vendor and client management - Basic.
