Role Summary
The Delivery Manager (DM), Customer Success (CS) - Americas plays a key role by focusing on the success of the financial institutions when transferring money cross-borders at the best rate and most efficient way, while successfully onboarding the new partners (both FI's and Exchanges), and be involved in the technical implementation. You will also develop deep customer relationships by scaling volume with existing partners, and acting as the main point of contact. Additionally you will effectively handle all project management of both the internal and external stakeholders to ensure the partnerships are successful; milestones and objectives are on-track and timelines are adhered to. You will use the correct resources to log and store information as well as coordinate the internal partner operations.
Responsibilities
- Works independently throughout the end-to-end onboarding process and oftentimes facilitates and collaborates with other teams
- Aligns closely with sales, compliance, product and engineering teams to onboard partners
- Identifies and manages any deviations from the standard product offering
- Collects and reads API documents from our partners to ensure there are no outstanding concerns of discrepancies; relaying the key information to our engineering and product teams
- Assists partners with generating and collecting new API keys
- Assist partners through the Digital Exchange wallet-opening process and be the POC for any concerns
- Ensures all testing is successfully completed by the company and partners with the ability to offer solutions
- Facilitates Go-Live launch for partners
- Providing post-launch technical support and feedback
Requirements
- Experience with Crypto & Blockchain; having worked with Digital Asset Exchanges or Digital Asset teams within the Financial Services industry; Web3, CEX/DEX, DeFi, VC, Accelerators, Investment
- Technical background in order to on-board our Pay-In and Pay-Out Network Partners
- Any certifications to support technical skills related to the role
- Experience working within a Delivery role or Technical Account Management position within a Financial Institution or FinTech
- Ability to read API documentation
- Possess an understanding of Digital Asset Exchanges and how they work
- Experience within a customer-facing role within a Financial Institution, FinTech, Bank or Neobank
- Familiarity with financial systems, payment gateways, and banking protocols (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) is highly desirable
- A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is strongly preferred
- Remote location preference in North America region, with a requirement to be able to support Eastern-Pacific time zones

Salary
The total compensation range is $60-70k USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
