Salary```Duties``` - Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items, such as bread, pastries, and desserts - Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste - Operate kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces - Package and label bakery products for display or storage - Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Stock bakery shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines ```Skills``` - Kitchen experience or willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions - Knowledge of food service procedures, including bussing tables and handling food safely - Basic culinary skills, such as measuring ingredients and following recipes - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities - Sales skills to promote bakery products and upsell to customers - Familiarity with the food industry and trends Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
