As a Generative AI software developer, you will drive measurable value across businesses by leveraging your expertise in generative AI programming. You will play a key role in supporting collaborative cross-functional teams to define and deliver potential solutions, demonstrating the feasibility of new technologies, and creating prototypes of potential solutions for business use cases. Using your knowledge of generative AI, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.

• Support generative AI programs and projects, driving problem-solving architecture and programming activities and supporting the determination of the appropriate technical scope, timeline, and resources required to achieve strategic business results.
• Develop and implement generative AI algorithms, models, tools, and prototype applications to support the creation of new products or improvements to existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of generative AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior generative AI programmers, fostering their professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into generative AI requirements and solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical partners in a clear and concise manner.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree or specialization in generative AI programming is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML programming, with a consistent track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in generative AI, such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with generative AI frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques in the context of generative AI.

Compensation and Benefits
