Job Summary:
The Deep Eddy On Premise Cultivator is a dedicated brand resource within the division, anchored in a focus market, and responsible for driving growth for Deep Eddy across the category. Through the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) and National Program Director (NPD), the On-Premise Cultivator is an expert voice and face for Deep Eddy Vodka within the local market. Responsibilities will include local implementation of national brand programs and the development of regional opportunities to drive business across consumer, customer, and trade. The Deep Eddy On Premise Cultivator will collaborate with the RMM, key distributor partners, local field team, ambassadors, influencers, bartenders, production/event organizers and key accounts.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • On-Premise Key Account Programming (40%)
    • Collaborate with key accounts to develop tailored programs and initiatives that align with Deep Eddy Vodka's core brand objectives, pillars, and messaging and ensure they resonate with the local consumer and customer base.
    • Negotiate and execute localized account programming that ensures optimal brand visibility, utilization, promotions and leveraged sales opportunities.
    • Monitor and evaluate key account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance brand presence and profitability.
    • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, providing constructive feedback to optimize and enhance market penetration and utilization.
  • Local Consumer Marketing & Program Execution (30%)
    • Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with national brand programs, considering regional nuances and preferences to effectively reach the target audience.
    • Coordinate and oversee local events and activations to engage consumers, leveraging consumer insights to tailor experiences that resonate with the local market.
    • Manage budgets allocated for local market initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution while maximizing impact and ROI.
    • Ensure seamless 360 programming integration to amplify local programming before, during, and after execution, fostering extended reach and engagement.
    • Integrate program messaging across various marketing channels, including but not limited to, digital platforms, traditional media, PR, Influencer, events, in-store and guerilla programming.
    • Forge strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders that align with Deep Eddy Vodka's DNA to amplify program and brand visibility and credibility.
    • Organize special events, activations, or experiential field marketing initiatives to amplify program impact, engaging consumers directly and creating memorable brand experiences.
  • Brand Advocacy & Education (20%)
    • Create and conduct comprehensive training programs for customers, distributor partners, local team members, ambassadors, influencers, bartenders, and key accounts to ensure a strong understanding of Deep Eddy Vodka and how best to utilize it.
    • Act as the primary spokesperson and advocate for Deep Eddy Vodka within the local market, delivering presentations, organizing events, and engaging with stakeholders to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Consumer & Competitive Insights (10%)
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gather consumer insights, identify trends, and understand competitors' strategies, providing recommendations to enhance Deep Eddy Vodka's market position.
    • Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from customers, distributors, key accounts, and consumers, utilizing this information to adapt strategies and improve local brand performance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of marketing or sales experience within the beverage or CPG industry
  • Entrepreneurial minded
  • Creative thinker with an ability to create and plan events that incorporate multiple media/channel consumer touch-points
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills including expertise developing PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to collaborate: demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of extended sales and brand teams
  • Resourceful: Understands how to get things done by leveraging opportunities against multiple resources
  • Sound Financial Skills: experience managing a budget
  • Willingness to work unconventional hours (late nights and weekends)
  • Travel out of immediate market as needed
  • Networking skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships within accounts, communities and organizations.

  • Ability to focus and be flexible in pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both in person & over the phone
  • Ability to lift weight in excess of 40lbs

  • Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to pick-up and transport POS, event equipment, and product
  • Ability to drive/travel through the assigned market territory.

Financials:
  • Salary - $80 - 90K
  • Bonus: 10%
