Our candidate is the face of our dealership and the hub of all customer communication; therefore we are looking for someone that is cheerful, professional, and competent in sometimes stressful situations. We are looking for someone with experience at this position but are willing to consider all candidates that excel in the qualities that we desire.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they walk in and directing them towards the right place
- Answer phones in a friendly and timely manner and transferring them to the appropriate person or taking a message when necessary
- Calling customers when plates arrive and releasing the plates to customers when they are being picked up
- Creating temporary paper tags as needed
- Seeking assistance if a customer phone number is missing or incorrect
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year prior experience in a customer facing position
- Friendly and welcoming tone and manner especially when facing customers
- Ability to dress professionally
Hours: (Monday-Friday) 3 PM-9 PM – (Saturday: 9 AM-7 PM)
Pay: $10/hr
