Responsibilities
- Answer All Incoming Calls On A Multi-line Phone System And Direct To The Appropriate Department or Service Advisor
- Extend Hospitality To All Customers And Associates
- Support Departments With Can-Do Attitude
- Communicate Customer's Needs To Those Responsible
- Communicate With Callers In A Professional, Friendly And Efficient Manner
- Be Friendly, Professional, Courteous And Efficient When Working With All Customers
- Other Duties Or Tasks As Requested Or Required
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Automotive experience a plus!
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
- Prior Automotive Preferred But Not Required
- Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Environment
- Solid Work Ethic Around Attendance and Punctuality
- Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software Products And Ability To Learn Other Computer Based Tools
- Knowledge with CDK
- Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
- Self-Motivated
- Complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Works Well Within A Team
