Your Responsibilities


As a Dealer Success Managerfor John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will…


  • Partner with the digital product owner and software engineering team to capture the voice of our dealer requirements and ensure that feedback improves our digital services in an ongoing rhythm
  • Develop strategies and manage efforts toward developing channel partner's product support capabilities to improve dealer satisfaction with lifecycle services such as extended warranty, maintenance, and new services
  • Develop strategies and manage efforts to promote product training, technical, and/or management training to dealer partners and company employees
  • Identifying and understanding problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information; choosing the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating, and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions; taking action that is consistent with available facts and constraints and optimizes probable consequence
  • Coache and counsel other employees to promote employee development and professional growth; provide guidance to field staff to manage dealer partners

What Skills You Need


  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
  • Understanding of Dealer Support Process and how to improve them overtime. Perform more complex functions, understand principles, and teach others
  • Identify opportunities for digital efficiencies that will lead to removing friction and gaining productivity for our dealer channel

What Makes You Stand Out


  • Experience in Customer Success role delivering value of software product/service
  • 1 or more years of demonstrated John Deere dealer-facing experience
  • Strong alignment with dealer and program manager feedback
  • Change Management Skills in a Digital Environment
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices, ideally including the practices followed at John Deere dealerships
  • Previous experience managing a digital product or service

Education


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Technology or equivalent related work experience
