Job description

Transfr provides engaging, gamified training that creates a better way to train young adults for the skills they need to succeed, without enduring the time and cost of a 4 year college degree. 

We produce VR-based training simulations designed by each industry that teaches novices in the same manner that experts master their crafts - through trial and error. Data-driven simulations work like virtual coaches, adapting to every person's unique pace. Our immersive Experience Training method helps trainees build confidence in their knowledge and abilities, thus helping acquire the skills required to secure top paying jobs.

As a Deal Desk Specialist, you will partner with our Go-To-Market teams to analyze contracts and service order structure, assist Sales team members individually, support management by ensuring strong data-integrity, document processes and make recommendations for improvements. This person will also oversee the contracting process from contract finalization through order shipment. 
Responsibilities:
    • Support of Salesforce, CPQ, and any ad hoc needs supporting the reporting and operations functions related to opportunities and reporting.
    • Building and finalizing Vendor Forms, Quotes, Service Orders, Invoices, and so on, which involves acting as the liaison between Sales and other key partners involved in the deal structuring process (e.g. Sales, Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, etc.)
    • Responding to Customer emails to confirm details (such as our Remit To information), provide them with copies of approved contracts and other relevant documents, direct them to other Transfr team members who can better assist them, etc.
    • Partner with Sales, Career Success, Operations, and other Go-To-Market team members to ensure opportunities are properly built and tracked across all relevant platforms including stage, probability, booking amount, and various other required fields.
    • Maintain all relevant data for active, open, and historical deals on CRM.
    • Interface with Procurement, directing the orders to be prepared per the customer contract, and authorizing shipment.
    • Per the customer contract, equip the relevant offerings to the customer account in the Transfr backend.
    • Ongoing quality assurance that contracted products are properly coded for each customer for the duration of their term.
    • Educate individuals and teams on changes in processes, policies, and best practices to improve performance.
    • Become knowledgeable of TRANSFR's solutions and service offerings, including implementation methodologies and advanced service offerings to ensure deliverables and timelines align with proposed contractual offerings.
    • Work to ensure customer satisfaction with the TRANSFR product by assisting with the development of procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.

What we offer

The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $85,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role may be eligible for variable compensation  and additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
