As a Deal Desk Specialist at Snyk, you will be a pivotal member of our sales operations team and reporting to the Director, Sales Operations. You will be playing a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the deal lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with our marketplace teams to create private offers across leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Additionally, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales team throughout the deal process, providing strategic insights, and ensuring efficient deal closures.

You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Working closely with marketplace teams to create compelling private offers on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Assisting in the formulation of effective deal strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Facilitating the approval process for quotes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide pricing suggestions that align with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer value.
  • Providing critical support to the sales team in navigating the deal process, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure timely deal closures.
  • Working closely with finance, sales operations, and other relevant departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall Deal Desk function.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally within a Sales Ops or Finance background
  • A business major from an accredited institution is preferred
  • Basic familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions
  • Familiarity with SalesForce CPQ or similar CPQ tooling software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in deal documentation and adherence to policies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
