Work location: Trumbull, CT (contract role only for 6+ months). We are looking to hire 10 total positions.
Pull orders in preparation for prompt shipment.
- General knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Lift and load cartons weighing up to 50 pounds, with a frequency of multiple times per day.
- Ability to read and understand written procedures (in English).

- Obtain product from warehouse shelved to fill orders, carefully identifying information and quantities.
- Places items in proper shipping containers along with paperwork.
- Prepare expedited shipments of products and office correspondence.
- Picks up daily mail from each department and processes daily mail. Maintain levels of mailing supplies.
- Enter shipments into the computer system so invoices can be generated and processes shipments through Aristo System.
- Stocks material daily.
- Maintain location changes in stock item master.
- Adjust inventory physical count and participate in cycle count program.
- Help with general maintenance of clean up of warehouse.
- Monitor inventory movement, to ensure and quality service, using a computer.
- Complete generic waybills for shipments not processed through Aristo.
- Complete International documentation.
- Contacts carriers, by phone or online, for pick-ups, quotes, or tracking information.
- Track shipments through Aristo or online.
- Monitor inventory/levels of shipping supplies.
- Process Damaged Products Reports for all damages occurring in the warehouse.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
